2017 ASTON MARTIN V12 VANTAGE S
This car is simply magical! Delivered in Skyfall Silver (rare for sure) with total PPF coverage (£5000) extra), few, if any, V12 Vantage S examples can match the uniqueness of this special offering.
Launched in 2013, the Vantage V12 S quickly became the standard against which all other sports cars would be measured. With an uprated conventionally aspirated 5.9-litre V12, codenamed AM28, the V12 Vantage S boats a power rating of 565bhp.
But this isn’t the entire story - alongside this is instantly accessible torque throughout the rev range. Even at 1000rpm there is an additional 70Nm of torque compared to the standard V12 Vantage. Increased acceleration throughout the gears means a consistent performance graph.
This awesome engine is mated to a seven-speed auto / manual transmission, which has been taken from the V8 Vantage and given a longer final drive ratio to allow for the higher top speed. It is controlled by paddle shifters mounted on the steering wheel. The experience is different but once mastered it is AWESOME.
The V12 Vantage S was honed on the track. Developed and tested from Aston Martin's Nürburgring test centre, a near-production version of the car also completed the grueling 24hrs of Nürburgring race in both 2013 and 2014 – passing the ultimate competitive engineering test and finsihing in both years.
As mentioned earlier, this particular car has been totally covered with PPF to protect the fabulously crafted body, which was a £5000 extra when delivered.
So far as we know only 1 similar car is currently for sale in the UK at £110,000.
